Status Checks
If you have questions about the status of an application that
you have submitted for review, you can check the status in either
of two ways:
- Check the status on line at

- Call the general number
for the Committee on Human Research anytime between 8:00 am
and 5:00 pm on regular weekdays at 415-476-1814.
General Questions or Special Requests
- To submit Questions, Comments, or Concerns via the Office
of Research Human Research Protection Program Feedback survey,

- If you have general questions about submissions or wish to
be referred to the Analyst of the Day,
- Call 415-476-1814 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on
regular weekdays. Your call will be responded to within

hours.

Complaints and Concerns
The
Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) is concerned about the
safety, rights and welfare of all individuals participating in
or associated with research projects at UCSF and its affiliated
sites. All research-related concerns or complaints reported
to the HRPP are taken very seriously.
