August 2018
Dear Colleagues:
In this issue of ReSearch ReSource we highlight our efforts to improve UCSF's clinical research processes, including our industry-sponsored clinical trials improvement efforts.
I also draw your attention to the fall 2018 cycle of funding through the Resource Allocation Program (RAP) that opens today, August 20, and closes promptly on Monday, September 17, at 2 p.m. (PDT). This campuswide program, which coordinates intramural research funding opportunities for the UCSF campus, has three new opportunities:
- Alzheimer Disease Research Center (ADRC) Developmental Projects ($75,000/year for 2 years)
- Reproductive and Infertility Research Pilot ($75,000/year for up to 2 years)
- Pilot for Junior Investigators in Basic and Clinical Translational Sciences through the Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health Endowment
Learn about more grant opportunities through RAP online and submit your proposal via the RAP portal!
Thank you for reading.
Regards,
Vice Chancellor Lindsey Criswell
